These systems are a viable alternative for people who cannot participate in regular classes and offer the possibility of asynchronic way of studying which means flexibility in the course of education. Many Universities use elearning materials as a{\~}part of resources provided for students. In order to create useful and valuable materials, except, required knowledge of experts, we need proper tools, applications, methods and additional expenditure of time. In this article we present and assess two approaches to the process of elearning resources{\textquoteright} creation. Based on results of a case study their quality and work effort are evaluated.},
